PROMO MECHANICS/TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This program is a tie-up between PSBank and Automatic Centre/Sogo valid from February 22 to May 31, 2010.

2. PSBank Flexi Deals is open to all PSBank Flexi/Money Card* customers whose card is active and in good credit standing.

3. Promo is applicable on PSBank Flexi/Money Card revolving credit line* or straight charge transactions in participating Automatic Centre/Sogo branches.

* Revolving credit line does not have a fixed number of payments. The amount you can borrow decreases or increases depending on how much you have repaid.

4. PSBank Flexi/Money Card customers can avail of 6, 12, 24, and 36 months installment options**. To request for conversion of transaction to preferred monthly payments:

5. Customers using their PSBank Flexi/Money Card will be entitled to:

Automatic Centre
• Discounts on selected items from participating Automatic Centre branches.

Sogo Furniture
• For a minimum of P5,000 single-receipt purchase at participating Sogo branches, customers will instantly be given one (1)  free blanket on selected items only.
• For a minimum of P10,000 single-receipt purchase at participating Sogo branches, customers will instantly be given two (2) free bed pillows on selected items only.

6. Sogo freebies can be redeemed instantly at the cashier’s counter upon purchase of Sogo merchandise at participating Sogo branches. Customers simply have to present the official receipt reflecting the item bought from Sogo using PSBank Flexi/Money Card. Redemption period is within 60 days from end of promo period.

7. Transactions will be reflected in customer’s monthly PSBank Flexi/Money Card Statement of Account.

8. Transactions from non-participating Automatic Centre/Sogo branches will not be honored.

9. Offers are not convertible to cash and may not be exchanged for other items.
