 PROMO MECHANICS/TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This promo is open to all PSBank Money Card holders who will activate their new PSBank Flexi Card from February 3, 2010 until 6:00 pm of March 5, 2010.

2. PSBank Money Card customers will receive their new PSBank Flexi Card and PIN mailer separately via mail.

3. A total of PhP35,000 will be given away to PSBank Money Card customers who will have their new PSBank Flexi Card activated within the promo period.

• Two (2) winners of PhP5,000
• Ten (10) winners of PhP1,000
• Thirty (30) winners Php500

4. PSBank Money Card customers must call the PSBank Customer Service Hotline (02) 845-8888 anytime, any day or email customerservice@psbank.com.ph to have their new PSBank Flexi card activated.

• Activation of the PSBank Flexi card will take 24 hours.  Upon activation, the existing PSBank Money Card can no longer be used for any transactions.

5. A raffle entry is assigned to the PSBank Flexi Card customer upon activation.

6. Winners will be electronically drawn in the presence of a PSBank senior officer, Personal Loans Division head, representative from the Internal Audit Group, and a DTI representative at the PSBank Center, 777 Paseo de Roxas Avenue corner Sedeño Street, Makati City 1226 on March 10, 2010, 4:00 pm.

7. The account must be valid and active at the time of the draw to qualify to win.

8. All employees of PSBank and its business partners, its design and advertising agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join.

9. Notification of Winners

• Winners’ names and corresponding prizes shall be posted in the PSBank Website.
• Winners will be notified through registered mail.
• The winner shall agree to have his/her name and/or image included in the winners’ ad, press releases, website ad and announcements, branch posters and other related advertising and PR materials.
• In case of a dispute, PSBank’s decision, in concurrence with DTI, shall be final.

10. Claiming of prizes

• Prizes will automatically be credited to the customer’s PSBank Flexi account.

11. Prizes may not be exchanged for other items.

12. This promo is not valid in conjunction with other promotions.
