Mechanics:
1. Applying for a Flexi Loan online via PSBank Remote Banking entitles the applicant to one raffle entry.
2. There will be one winner of two (2) Cebu Pacific roundtrip tickets to any local destination and P5,000 pocket money per draw.
3. The P5,000 pocket money will be credited to the winner’s PSBank Flexi Loan account.
4. Winners can only win once.
5. The loan application must be received by:
• October 6, 2010 for the 1st raffle draw
• December 17, 2010 for the 2nd draw
• January 24, 2011 for the 3rd draw
Raffle draws will be held on: October 7, December 20, 2010 and February 3, 2011.
6. An applicant can only win if the loan was availed, active and up to date at the time of the prize redemption.
7. The raffle draws will be held in 16/F PSBank Center Personal Loans Division at 3 pm.
8. The raffle draw will be facilitated by the Personal Loans Division and will be supervised by the Marketing Communications Group and witnessed by a DTI Representative.
9. The names of winners will be subjected to PSBank’s verification processes. Once validated, winners will be notified thru registered mail, telephone call/SMS and email.
10. Winners from Metro Manila may claim their prizes at the 16/F PSBank Center Personal Loans Division c/o Personal Loans Division Remote Banking channel. Provincial winners may claim their prize at the nearest PSBank branch, which will be stated in the registered mail sent to them. Winners must show the received registered mail, email confirmation and valid ID.
11. They may claim their prizes within 60 calendar days from receipt of the registered mail.
12. The travel vouchers are valid for one (1) year from issue date and is subject to terms and conditions of Cebu Pacific. The ticket vouchers are transferable.
13. Cebu Pacific will allow the winner and his/her companion to fly to any destination in the Philippines, regardless of the value of the desired ticket, as long as there are available seats on the flight.
14. Incremental travel costs (e.g. travel taxes, terminal fees, etc.) are to be shouldered by the winner.
15. The winners will also shoulder 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
16. Employees of PSBank, the advertising agency and its affiliates and subsidiaries up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
