Avoid renting, own your dream home

Kaye and Mike have to realize that it’s really time to move out of their one-bedroom apartment and transfer to a condominium unit with bigger space for their growing family. The kids are growing fast and very soon, they would need to have their own bedrooms.

Luckily, the couple discovered PSBank Home Loan, which enables them to purchase their dream house and lot, townhouse, duplex, condominium unit, or residential lot. They can also use it for house construction or renovation.

To help clients to quickly and conveniently finish their loans, the PSBank Home Loan comes with Prime Rebate, one of the fastest and simplest ways for you to own a new house. PSBank Prime Rebate is the only loan rebate program in Philippine banking. Unlike other banks where advance and excess payments on housing loans are floated and do not earn any kind of rebate, PSBank Prime Rebate allows customers to earn rebates on any advance or excess payments.

The art of financial planning through PSBank Instant ATM Card

Gilly just got promoted as manager of her company and she was beside herself with joy. After years of working as a rank and file employee, her hard work finally paid off!

To better handle the increase in her salary, she signed up for the company’s financial planning seminar. She learned about the wisdom of “giving herself a salary” out of her monthly earnings by setting aside a substantial amount in her rainy day fund – an equivalent of 6 to 8 months of her gross monthly salary as a buffer in case of any emergency, job loss or illness in the future.

“I wanted a straight and simple savings account with an ATM card, just in case I needed funds immediately for an emergency. I also wanted to open the account and get the ATM card on the same day because I don’t want to go back and forth for something as simple as this,” Gilly said.

Good thing her friend told her about the PSBank Instant ATM Card. She headed to the nearby PSBank branch. She submitted the basic requirements, filled up the application form, deposited the P2,000 opening balance, and true enough, within 30 minutes, the Instant ATM Card was in her hands.

Gilly knows she can use the Instant ATM card to withdraw cash 24/7, for cashless shopping at BancNet-affiliated stores or pay for utility and credit card bills, but she’ll use it for the right reasons.

Indeed, PSBank Instant ATM card, mabilis kahit saang branch!
