Just like a typical ATM card, you can use it to withdraw cash, get your available account balance, pay your bills and transfer funds.

Product Features

  • Use your PSBank Debit MasterCard to shop and dine* in more than 30.2 million MasterCard-affiliated merchants nationwide.

* You may do point-of-sale (POS) and online transactions with a daily combined purchase limit of PhP50,000 daily. The limit applies to individual and joint accounts and can be increased or decreased depending on your spending capacity. Adjustment on the limit can be requested in any PSBank branch or by calling the Customer Service hotline. If you have a joint account, each of your cards will have a purchase limit of PhP50,000.

  • Withdraw cash from any PSBank, BancNet, MegaLink or ExpressNet ATM in the country or from over 1.6 million MasterCard/Maestro/Cirrus ATMs overseas.

  • Your PSBank Debit MasterCard has no deposit fee and deposit limit. It’s an interest bearing account and is ensured by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) up to PhP500,000.00.

  • View your account statement for the last five (5) transactions.

  • Get your available account balance.

  • Pay your bills.

  • Transfer funds between accounts (PSBank or other BancNet member banks, subject to enrollment).

  • Change PIN.

For Lost, stolen or card captured by ATM

  • Handling Captured Card

    • Should your debit card be captured by our ATMs, please immediately call our Customer Experience at (02) 845-8888; (+632) 845-8888 from abroad or chat with us at PSBank LiveChat via www.psbank.com.ph. Should your debit card be captured by other banks’ ATM, please call the Customer Service hotline of the other bank.

  • Handling Lost or Stolen Card

    • For lost or stolen cards, please call our PSBank Customer Experience Hotline at (632) 845-8888.  Your debit card will be blocked immediately.If theft or loss occurred abroad, cardholders can receive global assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from MasterCard International Global Customer Services. The telephone numbers are:

      • In the United States
        Call 1-800-MasterCard (1-800-627-8372)

      • Outside the United States
        For countries not listed in the MasterCard directory, you can collect call to the United States at telephone number 1-636-722-7111 in the event of an emergency

    • To complete the documentation of your card loss and to replace it, go to any PSBank branch and show your account opening ID.

    • Signing Instructions and Acknowledgement of Receipt

  • Presentation of at least one (1) primary ID or two (2) valid secondary IDs, one of which with photo and signature

  • For applicants who are minors (7-17 years old)

    • Quit Claim/Waiver signed by the parent or guardian

    • Valid IDs of the legal guardian and the minor (passport/school ID)
