There are three (3) sets of numbers you need to keep handy:

  • The six-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). For security purposes, please memorize your PIN and never share it with anyone.

  • The 12-digit Account Number

  • The 16-digit Card Number

Why keep these numbers?

 

PIN - This is your access to the ATM, which enables you to withdraw cash or pay your bills.

 

Account Number - This is your reloading number. You will be asked for this number every time you reload your PSBank Prepaid MasterCard® through the ATM, branch or PSBank Online.

 

You will also be asked for the Account Number whenever you use your PSBank Prepaid MasterCard to pay your bills through PSBank Online or when you send a remittance domestically or from abroad.
