1. How do I link or add my PSBank account to my PayPal account?

Step 1: Log- in to your PayPal account. Click the “Profile” tab then click “Bank account”.

Step 2: Input your bank account details. Select PSBank from the list or enter 010470992 as the
Bank Code Number of PSBank.

Step 3: Review and confirm your bank account information.

Note: Make sure that the first name and surname on your PayPal account is the same as the name of your PSBank account; otherwise, your fund transfer request will be rejected.

  1. How do I transfer funds from my PayPal account to a PSBank account.

Step 1: Log-in to your PayPal account, go to “My Account” and then click the “Withdraw” tab.

Step 2: Enter the amount you wish to transfer and select PSBank account.

Step 3: Review the details and confirm the transfer. A confirmation page will be displayed and
an email notification will be sent to your registered email.

  1. How long will it take for the funds be credited to my PSBank account?

It usually takes 3-5 banking days. PSBank will credit the funds to your account upon receipt of
the instruction from PCHC via PESONet.

  1. Is there a withdrawal / transfer fee from PayPal to PSBank account?

Yes. A fee of PhP50 will be charged or deducted from your PayPal account if the amount
transferred is less than PhP7,000. NO FEE will be charged if the amount transferred is more
