5. Raffle Entry Generation:

• Raffle entries will be electronically generated and assigned to eligible accounts that meet the promo criteria.

6. Raffle Draw:

• The winners will be electronically drawn on January 27, 2025 at 2:00 PM at PSBank Center, 777 Paseo de Roxas cor. Sedeño Sts, Makati City, in the presence of a DTI Representative and internal audit officers of PSBank.

7. Notification of Winners:

• Winners will be notified via registered mail, electronic mail, SMS, and phone call based on the information indicated by the client in their auto loan application form. Winners will be announced at PSBank branch premises, website, official social media pages, and other appropriate communication touchpoints, with prior written consent obtained from the winners.

8. Claiming of Prizes:

• The E-Fuel Card will be delivered to the PSBank Branch where the client applied for an Auto Loan.
• For clients who applied through PSBank Online Loan Application (POLA), they may nominate their preferred PSBank Branch.
• To claim the E-Fuel Card, the winner must submit the following:
  A. Official winner’s notification received via email or registered mail to the
  B. Two (2) valid and acceptable IDs
  C. If claiming the prize is through a representative, he/she must present his/her valid and acceptable IDs, a notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) from the winner, the official notification from PSBank and two (2) valid IDs of the winner. If the winner resides abroad, a consularized SPA is required.
• Cash Credit will be automatically credited to the client’s nominated PSBank current account/savings account (CASA).

9. Other provisions:

• All winners are required to execute an acknowledgement receipt and notarized quit claim upon acceptance of the prize.
• All winners authorize PSBank to disclose and publish their names, photos and other particulars determined by PSBank to appropriate government agencies such as DTI, as PSBank deems appropriate.
• PSBank shall assume the 20% winner’s tax prize when applicable.
  
• Prizes not claimed after sixty (60) days from receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of PSBank upon approval of DTI.
  
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted or exchanged for cash, credit, benefit, advantage, or any property.
  
• Claiming and receipt of all prizes shall be subject to PSBank's policies and procedures. In case the prize/s is/are forfeited, the winner hereby irrevocably authorizes the bank and its duly designated officers to execute the necessary documents to implement such forfeiture.
