Terms and Conditions
  1. I/We hereby certify that all personal, financial and all other kinds of information pertaining to my/our self provided in this loan application (hereinafter, “My/Our Information”) are true and correct. I/We authorize Philippine Savings Bank (PSBank) to verify My/Our Information from other banks, credit bureaus, government and/or private institution where My/Our Information may be obtained.
  2. I/We hereby certify that all supporting documents submitted in connection with my/our loan application, including but not limited to my/our Income Tax Return and financial statements (hereinafter “Supporting Documents”) are authentic and contain true and accurate information. We authorize PSBank to verify my/our Supporting Documents with government agencies such as the BIR and/or other private institutions.
  3. I/We understand that the collection and processing of My/Our Information are necessary for PSBank’s evaluation of my/our credit worthiness, and for the completion, and execution of my/our loan application and for other legal purposes. For this and the purposes stated in Nos. 1 and 2 above, I/We hereby waive the confidentiality of My/Our Information protected under current statute, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Laws, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Writ of Habeas Data.
  4. The waiver of the confidentiality of My/Our Information extends not only to PSBank but to all other government or private institutions which may share My/Our Information to PSBank for verification and other legal purposes. Likewise, PSBank may share My/Our Information to its affiliates and other financial institutions for credit verification, marketing and other legal purposes.
  5. My/our act of filling out the loan application form and accepting its terms and conditions, and in submitting the required supporting documents constitute my/our written and formal consent to the collection, processing of My/Our Information and the waiver of our rights as provided by the aforementioned laws and other laws on the confidentiality of personal or financial information.
  6. I/We understand that any misrepresentation of My/Our Information or withholding of information required to be disclosed herein, or any finding that My/Our Supporting Documents are spurious or incorrect may cause the disapproval of my/our loan application, or the unilateral termination by PSBank of my/our said loan granted on the basis of My/Our Information and Supporting Documents. In the case of the latter, PSBank shall have the right to declare loan default and demand payment of the entire loan without the necessity of a court action. PSBank is further entitled to resort to other available legal remedies.
  7. I/We authorize PSBank to include my/our names and other pertinent information about my/our loan application or history in any credit bureau or government or private institution as required by law or banking customs or practices.
  8. I/We understand that this loan application shall be subject to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)’s circulars, rules, regulations, and PSBank’s policies. I/We hereby undertake to comply with/submit all the loan requirements. I/We understand that the final decision to approve or decline my/our loan application is upon the absolute discretion of PSBank.
  9. Upon approval of my/our loan application, I/we bind myself/ourselves to the terms and conditions for the grant of my/our loan, including but not limited to the following:
    • 9.1 That I/We shall be liable, jointly and severally, for all fees and charges relative to the processing of my/our application for PSBank Auto Loan with Prime Rebate;
    • 9.2 That I/We authorize PSBank to debit from any of my/our PSBank deposit accounts, if any, any amount sufficient to cover that payment in full of any loan obligation due or all such other amounts at the time the same is due including but not limited to penalty charges, insurance, interests and other fees or any such overdue amounts provided for in this Agreement and such other documents executed that are relevant and connected therewith.
    • 9.3 That I/we hereby authorize PSBank to automatically enroll my PSBank Auto Loan with Prime Rebate account in PSBank Online for the use of its available functionalities subject to PSBank’s terms and conditions.
    • 9.4 All other terms and conditions embodied in the Promissory Note with Chattel Mortgage and other relevant credit agreements.
  10. I/We agree that my/our loan application remains PSBank’s property and the same way be used on their discretion whether my/our loan application is granted or not.
  11. I/We authorize PSBank to send me/us updates about my/our loan via SMS/text, email, mail or other means of communication.
