Expanded Coverage on Grace Period for Loan Payments

Dear Valued Customers,


With the new extension of the ECQ to May 15, 2020 and in compliance with the ‘Bayanihan to Heal As One’ Act, we continue to provide valuable assistance to all our loan customers during these challenging times.

Loan payments for all types of loans with due dates falling within the new ECQ dates will further get a 30-day grace period. The same loan payment moratorium was granted earlier to loan dues beginning March 15, 2020.

Payment of your loan/s will continue after the end of ECQ, You will NOT PAY DOUBLE on succeeding due dates after the covered period.

Waived Fees (InstaPay, PESONet, PaSend)

Dear Valued Customers,

We are waiving fees on fund transfers to other bank accounts made via InstaPay and PESONet effective March 18, 2020 until further notice.

We are also waiving the P25 PaSend Fee and ATM fee of P7.50 for PaSend transactions withdrawn in Metrobank ATMs effective immediately until further notice.

Delay in Delivery of flexi cards, SOA, PIN Mailers, Checkbooks

With the enhanced community quarantine in place which prioritizes everyone’s health and safety, please be advised that there will be delays in the delivery and mailing of Flexi Personal Loan cards, Pin Mailers, Statement of Accounts, and Checkbooks. Our courier partners have temporarily limited if not suspended their operations. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you have Annual Fee billed in your Initial Statement of Account, you can request for a penalty reversal or deferment of payment by getting in touch with our Customer Experience Team at (632) 8845-8888.

You may, however, continue to #PSBankFromHome using our electronic banking channels: Mobile App, Online, & ATMs. A good number of our branches are likewise opened nationwide and currently operating on shortened banking hours.
