Description:
• Assists the SPCM in monitoring PSBank's compliance to local laws and bank regulations pertaining to Information Security, and ensuring that the bank's information security controls are aligned to applicable best practices, required regulatory requirements (ex. BSP Memo / MORB) and applicable laws (ex. Data privacy act, Bank secrecy law).
• Coordinate walkthroughs and obtain supporting documents necessary to assist both internal and external auditors/reviewers.
• Support the SPCM in monitoring outstanding audit issues, with the aim to ensure resolution in a timely manner
• Manage Incident Reports pertaining to Information Security violations in coordination with CXHRG.
Requirements:
• Education: Pre K-12; College graduate; Post K -12: SHS -STEM track
a. Two-year practical experience in information security operations and project management, specifically on information security risk management, security assessment and disaster recovery.
b. At least two-years practical experience in information security management / information technology
c. Must have worked in an environment where information security controls are assessed; audit experience is a plus
• Graduate of any IT-related course (preferred) Graduate of any 4-year course
• Certification Required / Recommended: CISM, CISA, CISSP or related level of certification.

Description:
• Ensures that all processes/transactions/decisions are in accordance with established Bank policies, credit requirements, and that the required turnaround times are met.
• Schedules /conducts field appraisal inspection of collateral properties.
• Locates collateral property through tax mapping, validate vicinity map and conduct ocular inspection of the property described in the title.
• Verifies lot configuration vs. plotting and other submitted documents
• Determines floor area of the building and/or other improvements through actual measurements
• Checks and/or validates possible encroachment problem on the property and on its adjacent lots and highlights all related findings in the appraisal report
• Determines the market value of land, motor vehicle and condominium units through inquiries and surveys from other banks, real estate brokers, listings and independent appraisers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years' experience in Auto and Real Estate Appraisal.
