In line with Philippine Clearing House Corporation Memo Circular No. 3497, we would like to inform you that effective March 1, 2019, a fee of PhP100 will be charged to the sending client for fund transfer transactions via PESONet that were not completed due to any of the following reasons:
Beneficiary’s account number is invalid.
Currency of the Beneficiary account does not match the currency of the Payment Item.
Crediting the Beneficiary account with the amount indicated by the sending client will exceed the Beneficiary’s account balance limit.
There is a recall instruction from the sending client.
