1. What Toll RFID accounts may be reloaded via PSBank Mobile?

     You may reload your Easytrip or Autosweep Toll RFIDs via PSBank Mobile.


2. How do I reload my Easytrip or Autosweep account via PSBank Mobile?

1. Log-in to PSBank Mobile App
2. Select your source account
3. Tap “Create a Transaction”
4. Tap “Pay Toll RFID” and select Easytrip or Autosweep
5. Encode the required RFID information* and load amount

  * For Easytrip, encode the RFID Account Number.  For Autosweep, encode you vehicle’s Plate Number or RFID Card Number.

      6. Select Transfer Schedule (Immediate/Future Date/Recurring)
      7. Encode One-Time Password (OTP)

Reminders: 
For AUTOSWEEP – DO NOT INPUT the account number. INPUT ONLY either CARD NUMBER OR PLATE NUMBER.
For EASYTRIP – INPUT ONLY the ACCOUNT NUMBER.

 3. Are there transaction limits to Toll RFID reload?

Yes. The following reload limits per transaction shall apply:

4. Is there a fee for Toll RFIDs reload via the PSBank Mobile?

Yes. You will be charged a minimal fee of PhP10.00 per transaction which shall be deducted from the following:

To be debited from your Easytrip account

For Autosweep

To be debited from your PSBank account

 

5. When will the Toll RFID reload I made via the PSBank Mobile be reflected in my Easytrip or Autosweep account?

It will be credited instantly to your Easytrip or Autosweep account.   You may register to your Easytrip or Autosweep online system to check your transactions and Toll RFID balances.

 

6. How do I enroll my Autosweep and Easytrip account via PSBank Mobile?

To enroll your Toll RFIDs via PSBank Mobile, simply:

1. Log-in to PSBank Mobile App
2. Choose My Third Party Accounts.
3. Press (+) sign.
4. Tap RFID Account.
5. Select provider of your RFID: Autosweep or Easytrip.
6. Provide required details.
7. When done, click Add Account.
