  • Handling Lost or Stolen Card
    • For lost or stolen cards, please call our PSBank Customer Experience Hotline at (632) 8845-8888. Your debit card will be blocked immediately. If theft or loss occurred abroad, cardholders can receive global assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from Mastercard International Global Customer Services. The telephone numbers are:
